Maximilia is a founding Partner of ReguFix Advisory. She is also an advocate of the High Court of Uganda and a Corporate Governance Professional with a career spanning more than 25 years as in-house Legal Counsel and Company Secretary.

In particular, Maximilia has experience in the fields of corporate law and governance,contract management, policy, regulatory compliance, administration, human resource and general management obtained from various business sectors including: distribution and after sales service, broadcasting (television), manufacturing, horticulture, real estate, logistics, telecommunications and insurance.

Maximilia has served as Company Secretary on boards of various companies including UAP Old Mutual Insurance Uganda Limited, Orange Uganda Limited (later Africell Uganda), East Africa General Insurance Uganda Limited, Interfreight Uganda Limited, Phenix Logistics Uganda Limited and Spear Group of Companies. She has also been involved in training boards on good corporate governance practices.
